THRIVE MUSIC THERAPY
Music therapy is an allied health practice which uses musical interventions to achieve non-musical goals. This means that you do not have to have any experience of learning music or musical understanding in order to engage and receive benefits from music therapy. For more specific information, please follow the link below to the Thrive Music Therapy blog, which aims to educate in detail about the benefits and effects of music therapy for different populations.
When you begin your music therapy journey with Thrive, you will have an initial assessment session, in which we will determine your health and wellbeing goals together, as well as trying out some interventions to see what will work best for you. From there, we will create a therapy plan tailored to your needs and work together to achieve your goals.
Where do sessions take place?
Thrive offers both mobile and studio services, so you may experience our services within the comfort of your own home or in our Rossmoyne home studio. Please be sure to state your preference when booking.
